in Warsaw to meet Napoleon
Warsaw is such a great city. Capital of Poland, Warsaw is the biggest and dynamic city of an incredible country, the sixth largest in the EU economy with a growth rate of 3.9 % in 2010, 4.3% in 2011 and an estimated of 3% for 2012. Something that the rest of Europe has forgotten about.
I’m going today to Poland to meet my friends of Napoleon Cat, CMS and analytics for Facebook pages. There is a lot of work to do, we need to define the objective of the future. What we want to do together? Which are the most important countries that we should analyse and approach? After several months of traveling around the world, between Europe, Africa and South America (Brazil actually), I have my opinion on the best strategy for Napoleon. The market is fool of competitors today, but we have a real opportunity to play a big game in Poland and the other countries where the space is still important. I’m speaking about Poland, Est Europe, Turkey as the most important priorities. It’s a question of operation. From Poland and without any further need, we’ll be able to connect the countries to the platform and develop a natural growth that will give a real advantage compared to the big international players. By being the main player on these local markets, we will be at the best position when bigger players will get the interest to enter.
I’ll share with the CEO. We have so many opportunities that I really hope we’ll be able to get together.
